It’s not often you get to live in a suburb with great sporting facilities, let alone an indoor one. Well…Riverwood is that kind of suburb as you can literally walk here to keep fit.
This is a modern indoor sports venue for anyone who wants to get active. Also known as ‘MIISC’, this sports centre was built to honour former NSW premier, Morris Iemma, for all the hard work he’s done for the people around the city. The property has an amazing gym and indoor sporting facilities for netball, basketball, soccer and volleyball.
There are 2 full sized basketball courts available for hire and the place is well maintained, spacious and clean. You’ll also find a large number of car park spaces outside so no matter how big your group is, you’re sure to find a car park and start playing.
